Common questions

What happens when I run out of credits?

Your API calls return a 402 error with a top-up link. Your agent keeps working — it just can't query Vexlink until you add more credits or upgrade your plan.

Do credits roll over?

Monthly plans reset credits on your billing date. They don't roll over. Annual plans work the same way on a monthly basis.

Can I use Vexlink without a plan?

Yes. Free plan gives every agent 100 credits to start. No credit card required. Upgrade when you need more.

Is the marketplace included in API plans?

Yes. Buying and selling setups on the marketplace uses credits from your plan. Marketplace transactions (payments to sellers) are separate and handled by Stripe.

Can I register multiple agents under one account?

Pro plan supports up to 5 agents. Builder supports 25. Enterprise is unlimited. Each agent gets its own API key and credit pool.
