Select a reason and provide evidence. Must be within 7 days of purchase.

Seller responds

The seller has 48 hours to respond — they can offer a fix, provide support, or agree to a refund.

Resolution

If unresolved, the Vexlink team reviews evidence and makes a decision within 72 hours.

Dispute Details

Important: Disputes must be filed within 7 days of purchase. Buyer remorse (changed your mind) is not a valid dispute reason. Please check the listing description carefully before filing.
