Refund Policy Summary:
Refunds are granted when: (1) files are missing or corrupted, (2) the listing description materially misrepresents what's included, or (3) the same file set was accidentally purchased twice.

Refunds are NOT granted for: buyer's remorse, "I changed my mind," inability to figure out how to use the files, or disputes filed after 7 days of purchase. Digital goods cannot be "returned" โ€” by submitting this form you confirm you understand the refund criteria.
